Every Flipsi puzzle begins as a pre-order. Here's why we work that way, what happens next, and what to expect from the moment you reserve your story.

Why we pre-order

At Flipsi, we create our collections in small, intentional batches. Pre-orders help us make the right number of puzzles, reduce overproduction, and give our community first access to new artwork before each collection is released.

When you pre-order a Flipsi, you're part of how it comes into the world. We'll keep you in the loop the whole way through.

What happens next

From order to door

A typical Flipsi pre-order moves through four stages. Timing varies by collection, and estimated arrival dates are always shared on the product page.

Production is well underway, and everything is shaping up beautifully. External factors at our manufacturing facility have shifted our timeline, with our updated delivery window now landing in June, from the original April/May estimate.

We're monitoring things closely and will keep you posted as production progresses.

Shipping & refunds

When you'll be charged

Payment is taken at the time of pre-order. This secures your place in the run and lets us begin production with confidence.

When it ships

We ship from warehouses in Las Vegas, Pennsylvania, and Australia. Once your collection is ready, orders go out in the order they were placed.

Changing your mind

You can cancel or exchange a pre-order any time before we send the final processing notice. After that point, your order is moving into fulfilment and our standard returns policy applies once it arrives.

Things people often ask

When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated shipping timelines are listed on the product page for each pre-order collection. We'll also send updates as your puzzle moves through production, quality checks, freight, and fulfilment. If the timeline shifts, you'll hear from us.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel or exchange your pre-order for another item any time before we send the final processing notice. Once your order moves into final processing or fulfilment, we may not be able to cancel or make changes.
What happens if there's a delay?
Because pre-orders are made before stock is in hand, timelines can occasionally shift during production, quality checks, freight, or fulfilment. If that happens, we'll let you know what has changed, where things stand, and what to expect next.
What if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can I add to an existing pre-order?
If your order hasn't moved into final processing, yes. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll combine the orders so you only pay shipping once.
What if I move house before it ships?
Send us your new address as soon as you can. We'll update your order at no charge, as long as it hasn't left the warehouse.
