The original delivery for these pre-orders was the end of February. Unfortunately, due to unexpected delays in international freight, port congestion, and random customs
inspections, the timeline has shifted to March. We are truly sorry for this delay.

We know you are all excited to get your hands on your Flipsi Puzzles to start puzzling.

Australian orders: The good news is the stock has arrived at port and is currently clearing
customs.

USA orders: The shipment for this inventory was delayed due to a random outbound customs inspection. It is now expected to arrive at the port in the USA the week of March 10th.

We will email an update once the inventory has cleared customs for both locations.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are in the final stages of opening fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom and Europe (Netherlands). 

If you are located anywhere in the UK or Europe, you will soon be able to order anything from our online store in your local currency and benefit from local delivery schedules and pricing.

Our estimated timeframe for stock to arrive in these locations and be available to order is later this year.

We will have very limited stock initially, so we suggest placing an order as soon as stock is available to avoid missing out on our first lot of inventory.

We will keep you updated ahead of that time when we have a more specific date.

You can still pre-order or order anything from our store, but until we have everything set up in the UK/EU, your order will be shipped from the USA, and you will incur international customs/duties/taxes.

We currently ship within the USA and Australia and are looking to expand to more locations within the next 12 months. Details on where and when to come!
