Our original estimated delivery window for round one was June, and the puzzles are still on track to arrive in June. However, due to recent tariff-related disruptions across freight and logistics, we're now expecting them closer to the end of June.

For U.S. customers, while we’re not anticipating major issues, we want to be upfront: if ports remain backed up, which is a possibility given current conditions, there may be additional short delays, potentially pushing arrival into July.

We’ll be monitoring everything closely and will keep you updated if anything changes.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we are in the final stages of opening fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom and Europe (Netherlands). 

If you are located anywhere in the UK or Europe, you will soon be able to order anything from our online store in your local currency and benefit from local delivery schedules and pricing.

Our estimated timeframe for stock to arrive in these locations and be available to order is later this year.

We will have very limited stock initially, so we suggest placing an order as soon as stock is available to avoid missing out on our first lot of inventory.

We will keep you updated ahead of that time when we have a more specific date.

You can still pre-order or order anything from our store, but until we have everything set up in the UK/EU, your order will be shipped from the USA, and you will incur international customs/duties/taxes.

We currently ship within the USA and Australia and are looking to expand to more locations within the next 12 months. Details on where and when to come!
